Four Western oil companies are in the final stages of negotiations this month on contracts that will return them to Iraq, 36 years after losing their oil concession to nationalization as Saddam Hussein rose to power.

Reporting to the Product Area ND&I Manager, you are in charge of:
• Providing the projects with sufficient resources from the ASP’s,
• Insuring that the resources have adequate competence,
• Selecting and certifying competent ASP Companies,
• Managing training and certification of individuals within the ASP Companies in order to satisfy the various job categories competence level,
• Negotiating pricing agreements,
