The African Management Services
Company (ASMCO) was established in 1989
as part of the United Nations Development
Programme (UNDP) to provide professional
management and capacity building services to African
businesses with the aim of making them more profitable,
globally competitive and sustainable. The organization is
funded by a number of financial institutions including the
International Finance Corporation (IFC), which is the executing
agency of this project and the African Development Bank (ADB).
Opportunities currently exist within the oil palm production and ‘LPG’
gas sectors for managers with strong leadership and business skills to
assist us in ensuring Africa’s SME’s flourish.
This start-up plantation, will cover an area of 10,000 hectares, to provide raw
material for the production of cooking oil and laundry soaps. The successful
candidate will report to a select Committee and will be responsible for
